DESCRIPTION:CAMP 'TREPPIE is a five-day summer leadership program that seeks to strengthen Tallahassee/Leon County's foundation for future growth and opportunities by introducing aspiring young entrepreneurs in grade 8th thru 12th to the concepts for being successful\, contributing members of society. While the camp is centered around entrepreneurship and small business development\, the larger vision is to imbue young people with tools that can be used for a lifetime.\n\n\n\nFor six hours each day over a five-day period\, campers are immersed in learning activities that focus on three key components of entrepreneurship: the entrepreneurial leadership mindset\, the basics of building on a creative business idea\, and the tools of financial literacy. These components extend far beyond the confines of small business ideation. These are life skills that campers can and will use well into adulthood.\n\n\n\nThis year we are excited that Domi Station is partnering with us to create a larger opportunity for our campers to continue their entrepreneurial ideas beyond the camp.  Domi Station is a non-profit business incubator and coworking space. Beyond the camp they offer programs\, resources\, and events that help entrepreneurs start scale sustainable companies.
