Leaders Evolve And Develop (LEAD) hosted by Career Source Capital Region
LEAD (Leaders Evolve And Develop) is a two‑day leadership development program (i.e Wednesday, July 29, 2026 and Thursday, July 30, 2026) designed by CareerSource Capital Region to help new, emerging and existing leaders develop core leadership skills they can use right away.
This interactive program is led by experienced facilitators with a deep understanding of today’s workplace challenges. LEAD focuses on key leadership competencies such as effective communication, coaching, self-awareness, and leading through change.
