DEI Is Changing: What Business Owners Need to Know Now
DEI is changing, and business owners need to understand what those changes mean for their businesses. This informative session with Darryl Jones of the Office of OEV will provide an overview of the evolving DEI landscape and what business owners should know as they navigate grants, government contracts, procurement opportunities, and business partnerships.
The discussion will focus on how these changes may affect both prime contractors and subcontractors, including expectations related to bidding, contract requirements, compliance, certifications, supplier diversity, and working with government agencies and larger contractors.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn what has changed, what to pay attention to, and how to prepare their businesses for the current contracting and funding environment.
Attendees will also receive lunch.
