About Us
We provide mental health supportive services to youth, young adults and those in their golden years. Additionally, we provide supportive services through employee assistance wellness. The approach is simple, let’s work together to increase awareness while learning coping techniques to maintain a life of mental health wellness. SGMH services include counseling for individuals, couples, groups; court-mandated classes of parenting and anger management, school based diversion program, mental health peer support specialist through our health-wellness enrichment program and many more.
